With contemporary as well as traditional fitness techniques of which are suitable for any standard of fitness levels and more importantly to anyone, ladies gents, nanas, sisters, aunties and dads alike. The main goal at MBCis to help you all get fit together and more importantly stay fit.
All of the current MBC team are all current serving soldiers in the British Army. All of whom have a combined service of 20 years experiencing hostile environments, MBC are without fail here to commit to you and to help you ascertain you own levels of fitness.
